Jan Erik Sabelstrom
Founder, Managing Director
Mr. Sabelstrom brings extensive customer-facing consulting experience in delivering multi-channel
marketing, sales and service solutions in both outsourced/hosted and on-premise models.
Prior to founding CaSa Customer Solutions, Mr. Sabelstrom grew Opcentric, a Salesforce.com
consulting partner, as Director & General Manager of its Central Region practice. Previously,
he was responsible for the delivery of closed-loop Customer Relationship Management solutions for
Washington Mutual's Home Loans & Insurance Services business unit. In this senior management
role, his responsibilities included the definition, alignment and implementation of business strategies,
processes and enabling technologies which resulted in dramatic improvements in customer retention,
cross-selling and service effectiveness.
Additionally, Mr. Sabelstrom has held roles as the eChannel Practice Manager at The Alexander Group, a
specialized marketing and sales strategy firm, and CRM Manager at Accenture, where he delivered CRM strategy,
business process and technology solutions to domestic and international Fortune Global 500 companies.
While at Accenture, Mr. Sabelstrom was a respected innovator and industry thought leader in the
then-emerging competency of multi-channel customer interaction.

Julie Smack
Director, Consulting Services & NPO Solutions
Ms. Smack joins CaSa with an impressive history of innovation in the development and delivery of CRM and
operations solutions to Non-Profit Organizations (NPOs) and beyond. Through her work prior to and with CaSa, she is
recognized as a thought leader in bringing cost-effective, enterprise grade solutions based on Salesforce.com to
NPOs.
Prior to CaSa, Ms. Smack held the position of Director of Software Solutions at Tides Center, where she
implemented a complex solution utilizing the Salesforce.com platform to support the business operations and
processes of Tides Center. Saleforce.com highlighted this solution in a
Case Study available here.
Ms. Smack began her
professional career as a leader in national non-profit health organizations, spending 11 years in program
delivery, development and non-profit management. In 2000, she founded Give Power, Inc. where she invented
and developed online solicitation technology that now serves as the basis for Kintera's signature Friends
Asking Friends® software. She continued this groundbreaking work for more than 5 years as Director, and later, Vice
President of Product Management at Kintera, now a Blackbaud company.
